The Chamber of Commerce has a variety of ways to increase the visibility of your business in Dawson County. Submit your news, promotions and business updates to be published in our weekly and quarterly newsletters. Host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate a new business, remodel or anniversary and have your picture published in our newsletters as well as the local newspaper. Your membership listing is also visible on our website directory as well as our annual print directory.

Our staff is well trained and knowledgeable about the local businesses and the community. We only refer Chamber members.
Brochure and Business Card Display
Members’ brochures and business cards may be displayed in the Chamber lobby. The Chamber building also serves as Dawson County’s Welcome Center and receives many visitors on a daily basis.

All members are listed in our online directory which is updated daily and in our printed directory which is published yearly.
Advertising
The Chamber offers a variety of advertising options to our members including directory listing upgrades, website banner ads, ads in our printed directory, etc.

Chamber Chatter E-Newsletter
All members receive a weekly email to inform them of Chamber news and events, as well as, events and news from Chamber members.
Ribbon Cuttings, Ground Breakings, Grand Openings
The staff will assist you with a ribbon cutting or grand opening ceremony. We can schedule a date, invite media, elected officials, Ambassadors, and Chamber membership. We also provide the ribbon and scissors for the event. Whether you're a brand new business or have had your doors open for many years, we encourage new members to hold a ribbon cutting. This opportunity to showcase your business brings increased awareness of your company as well as provides an excellent networking opportunity.
Sponsorship
There are many sponsorship opportunities available at a variety of investment levels. From sponsoring an individual event to supporting the mission of the Chamber throughout the year, sponsorship is a great way to keep a business’ name and values in front of the community. .

Chamber news, member news, and events go out through weekly emailed newsletters, our website, Twitter, Facebook, as well as our quarterly printed newsletter.
Membership Cling
Studies show that consumers prefer to do business with Chamber. Members are encouraged to display their annually updated membership cling with pride.
Relocation/New Resident Packets
Chamber members are invited to place promotional materials in our relocation packets at no charge. These packets are requested by individuals moving to the Dawson County area on a daily basis.
Tourism Promotion
The Office of Tourism Development is located within the same building as the Chamber. The organizations partner to promote all attractions in Dawson County.
